Certification
Sanitary products: Nordic Quality mark on product verifies that product fulfils criteria for INSTA-CERT certification. Requirements for INSTA-CERT certification are written in certification rules giving product specific condition for certification. INSTA-CERT certification scheme is voluntary and open for each one fulfilling the requirements. Rules are taking into account also mandatory requirements in Nordic countries. Nordic Quality mark will secure that the Nordic quality level will not be disappeared when CE mark is coming in stead of national type approvals. CE mark is producers own guarantee that product fulfils requirements. Requirements are written in harmonized EN –standards ( hEN). Certification rules for Nordic Quality gathers besides requirements in standards (hEN) also those Nordic requirements we are used to. The scheme has been developed together with manufacturers, users, laboratories and certifiers.
